After being inspired by the amazing street art in George Town last year, we decided to keep our eyes open for any street art in Bangkok. We haven’t found much so far, but we’ll keep adding to this post when we find more.
Here’s a selection of what we’ve come across on our recent travels around the city. Click here to book a hotel in Bangkok.
Chinatown Street Art
We found the street art in the image above quite close to Chinatown’s Rajchawongse Pier. If arriving by boat, get off at pier N5 and walk straight ahead. You’ll see the street art shown above at the entrance to one of the lanes off to the right.
Ratchathewi Street Art
We found this excellent street art near Ratchathewi BTS station. Take exit 2 from the station and walk straight ahead for 50-100 meters. You’ll see the images on your left. The area has now been fenced off and is locked, but you can still take photos through spaces in the fence.
Street Art In The Suburbs
We found the above piece of art on an abandoned 747 plane in the Bang Kapi district of Bangkok. It really is amazing what you can find in Bangkok.
